While at a social forum I had the opportunity to have reiki performed on me. I’d never done it before, but I do a lot of meditation, so I was eager to try.
During the 30min session, the woman spent a good deal of time over my lower abdomen (Spleen Chakra?). When everything was done and I was sitting up, she asked me if I’d had an abortion. She seemed very concerned.
I was surprised–I’ve never been pregnant, as far as I know. And I’ve certainly never had an abortion. Whatever it was, she said my energy had been rebalanced and the block removed.
My question is, what can cause damage or a block on the same level as an abortion?

Now let’s start off with saying this was way out of line and unprofessional. Someone who is classifying themself as a practitioner should never had said that. They could mention that you have a blockage, but this was way out of line.
