reiki healing is great for both physical and spiritual healing … easing pain and boosting energy etc
there are many centres now .. you could probably find one in the phone book

reiki has nothing to do with a break up, it is supposed to be a healing energy you send out,
I know many who practiced it for years.Does not work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are books on the subject on the internet and at new age book stores,,,,,,,,,,etc.I am a reiki master and it heals body and mind,but not so much getting over breackups.The people who practice reiki are loving and good and may help

I can introduce books, articles and links. But I think there is many better and more applied things to learn. Go deep down in the days, hours and minutes of you life, and discover what you can do to live in a different way, how you can love more, how you can live better and more wisely… then you’ll discover the path. "This" is growth.
