The first in a set of videos I’m putting together for relaxtion meditation and stress relief. Beautiful music from Llewellyn and a collection of beautiful pictures all combine to give a relaxing ambience. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

My desire would be, to take a hurting-friend by the hand, + walk through these beautiful places to connect with Mother Nature + Feel Her Love flowing through us back to God/Source, to become one once again. I would desire a calming of the Mind, Body + Soul, while Peace +Love Flow between our energy fields giving the extra strength the other needs to Heal from the pains that come with the lessons we are to learn. May wisdom flow within + mend the broken spirit. Then I will be at Peace too. <3
