I have been diagnosed with henoch-schonlein purpura and was wondering what herbal remedies would be good for me to take? Also, would reiki or Indian Head massage be good treatments to have?
Let’s look at the parts affected. Reiki would help as a supportive treatment at best, but cannot hurt. Even though it affects all sorts of things, let’s concentrate on the kidneys.
Eat More:

Hi,
I asked someone to translate a text for me but there is no way for me to know if he did a good job. Could you tell me if what he provided is a proper translation:
Original text:
About me
I am a European girl with a beautiful and natural body. I have been studying Tantra for years and I completed my training in China, Thailand and India.
Translation:
Thank you
I forgot to add the last sentence in English:
I am a certified master in Reiki and other types of massage therapy and I have participated in a lot of workshops for Tantra and sexual therapy educators.
So you are saying that the translation is not proper? I don’t know a word in German and it is the first time I work with this guy…and I definitely don’t want to pay for a poor translation.
No, the translation is not correct.
Über mich
Ich bin ein europäisches Mädchen mit einem schönen und natürlichen Körper. Ich habe jahrelang Tantra studiert und meine Ausbildung in China, Thailand und Indien abgeschlossen.
The last sentence, starting "Ich bin zertifiziert etc……." doesn’t make any sense to me (and it is certainly not in good German) so I’m unable to correct it unless you post the original English text.
Edit:
Ich bin geprüfte Meisterin in Reiki und anderen Massagetherapien, und ich habe an vielen Arbeitsseminaren für Tantra und Erzieher in Sexualtherapie teilgenommen.
I give you my word that the translation you posted here looks like the text has been run through an online translator. If it is really "hand-made", the person who did it does not master the German language well enough to call himself a translator, let alone charge you money for such ****.
I am a retired German-English translator myself and I know my mother tongue!
If you should need any more help you are welcome to contact me via e-mail (my profile).
Comments from a ressolved question tends me to put this question. "My personal experience with reiki was not good" is the opinion of one person. Eight others too said same sort of comments. All these statements are only expresions of those who do not know what, why, how, is REIKI. Any complaint related to body mind and spirit shall be cured even it is given up by other systems of treatment.(A REIKI MASTER)
There is an enormous body of information on "life force energy" available online. In the East it is referred to as chi/ki/prana, etc. depending on the language. Acupuncturists work with the chi, and the chi "channels" to help with healing. Unbalanced internal energy/chi MUST lead to disease.
Humans have many levels of being, the physical being only the most visible. The next level "up", the etheric, is non physical, and is the one the chi moves through to feed the physical and keep all in good working order.
Reiki and other energy practices feed chi into this level to remove blockages in the channels, and to increase available chi. The more chi one has, running smoothly, the happier and healthier you will be. This is oversimplified, but accurate.
Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Chi Gong, etc. are all real and valuable and have been used successfully by far more aware civilizations than ours for thousands of years.
Some people can feel chi, many cannot. Even those who cannot can still channel/send and/or receive it to good effect.
While usually it does not produce instantaneous/miraculous cures, it always helps, and often significantly ![]()
Yes, it’s not so much if the Reiki Master is strong enough, it has to deal more with if that is the outcome with the highest good. Reiki works on a Pure White Light level of vibration that expediates the manifestation of the "for the highest good" outcome. Sometimes that is completely different than what we are expecting it to be!
I would never suggest Reiki as the sole treatment for a disease like Cancer. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend it as a complementary therapy – especially since radiation and chemo deplete the body so terribly. Reiki would help keep the body’s stores of energy higher so that it could better heal itself, it would reduce the severity of negative side-effects, and act as a remarkable pain-management system.
However, that being said, there have been some truly miraculous testimonials out there about the healing power of Reiki. So, I 100% believe it is possible for Reiki to enact a cure for cancer – but not across the board.
There are MANY factors that play into a Reiki healing, not the least of which are the recipient’s own self-created or self-perpetuated energetic blocks that often come from unhealthy societal programming in their youth. Reiki can also help free one from those, but it is a long process to heal on all levels to the maximum depth. However, that doesn’t mean it’s not possible – it just takes someone totally committed to their healing, who can embrace the process (uncomfortable as some aspects are when they have the face the darker parts of themselves and their past) fully. When someone is completely ready to heal and progress, the outcomes can be unbelievably inspiring.
So, YES. I believe it can happen – but I do believe that a case that had the perfect storm of factors to do so would likely be uncommon. However, Reiki would be working at an extremely positive level, and encouraging a greater chance of remission and recovery.
Do you think it is possible for certain modern pharmaceutical drugs to cause energy blockages, such as psychological medications who have sexual side effects causing a block in the second (sacral) plexus chakra? (Do you believe the physical [side] effects of medications can affect the energetic body?)
Thanks in advance!
Er… sure it’s okay for me… I was just asking if anyone agreed with the idea. What do you mean a ‘personal’ affector???
Actually I am more concerned with the sexual side effects of birth control drugs. And could you please recommend some qi-gong movements specificaly for the sacral plexus? I would REALLY appreciate it. I once tried looking online for some and couldn’t find any.
P.S. I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner myself.
Here is another related question I posted to give more details to the nature of the question above:
Are there any women here who have suffered from a loss of libido from taking birth control? How did you deal with it? Are there any women who found ways to cope with it withOUT going OFF of birth control? Have people found that birth control that uses that different hormone (DSRVP? or something like that…) has a lower incident of causing lack of libido? Also, I experience an inability to become aroused… is that also part of this side effect?
It has been really difficult dealing with this and when I went to the doctor to discuss it, their only suggestion was to try family planning and my husband (and I) aren’t willing to take that much of a chance with getting pregnant. What should I do????
I’ve been on Depo-Provera (the shot you get every 3 months), Orth-Evra (the patch), and now I’m using Nuva Ring. They all had the same effect on me.
And, yes, I am very artistic. I draw and sing a lot. I have been told by reiki practitioners other than myself that I have a pretty bad blockage at my sacral plexux to the point of almost no energy flow below that point on my body.
I was just wondering if since problems in energy flow cause physical dis-ease and disorder, if physical dis-ease and disorder (from the use of medication) can, therefore, cause problems in energetic flow.
It would make sense that it works both ways since everything is intereconnected. I just wanted to get some other peoples’ input. And I DO do self healings, but I have been thinking that some qi-gong movements would be really helpful, but I can’t seem to find any.
Blessings Rogue,
Absolutely I believe modern drugs affect us on an energetic level. There is a symbiotic relationship between our energetic bodies and our mental, emotional, and physical selves. In Reiki we are taught that all things have a root on an energetic level, and this true. Still, whatever we subject ourselves to can also have an affect on all levels of our being. Practicing Reiki on yourself is always a benefit. I highly recommend it, especially if you are taking a prescription on a regular basis. The Reiki will help to counteract the side affects of the medication.
I am not versed in Qi Gong, so I can’t advise you there. If you feel there are blockages in your sacral, suround yourself in Orange on an energetic level and a physical one. I would also recommend getting into creative activities. Are you artistic? Also, allow yourself as much as you can to enjoy yourself in intimate and sexual ways. All of these things can/will support your sacral chakra.
I wish you luck in your challenge here.
Peace and Harmony

I’m going to try to open my third eye.. If I open my third eye then i have to train myself to get some abilities, right?
So far i know that reading ppl’s mind and reiki from third eye.. what other abilities? thx
If i read any insult or nothing relate to this topic.. I’ll laugh my ass off because you waste few seconds to type worthless commets..
Many refer to the Brow Chakra (called Ajana, meaning to perceive and command) as the Third Eye Chakra. This chakra, when opened and cleared can help you to experience more in life than what the five senses will relate to you. Some things that may be easier to learn after opening the Ajana are lucid dreaming, astral travel, clear visions in meditation, divination. (When this chakra is opened it’s like "opening your mind". It will enhance the abilities most of us already have, but may be unaware of.) If you are adept at meditation, I’d suggest you meditate with a sodalite crystal taped to your Brow Chakra (this crystal is a corresponding crystal to this area and will help open and clear the Ajana). Meditation is the first step in opening and clearing you chakras, so mastering meditation will be your first step. If you need help with learning this skill, as always, I recommend "Inner Temple of Witchcraft" by Christopher Penczak (the book and the CDs by the same name. The guided meditations are phenomenal tools.) I have a book called Healing with Crystals and Chakra Energies" by Sue and Simon Lilly that is an excellent source for learning about Chakras and the correct corresponding crystals. Happy studying and Blessed be.

One of the oldest systems of angelic energy working was finally written down in the 1500s by one Rabbi Moshe Cordovero. Prior to that it was only ever transmitted from mouth to ear and then only known to a very few. Much is still only oral and, together with the philosophy of Hermes, is only now being considered ready for public awareness by the western mystical societies that have protected it for centuries.
The name of the system is becoming pretty common. People know it as Kabbalah or Qabalah and have often come across the concept at its core: The Tree of Life. There are many ‘pop’ versions and readable books about the basics. Kabbalah is where the concept of angels orginates, and many of the Biblical angels are described in detail in the Kabbalistic system. What people have not known is how to use this system to tap into some very advanced and high vibrational energies for healing. The Ruach Healing Method has been reformulated and is being given in to serious healers via the work of Robert Zink, who is a highly experienced mystic, Rosicrucian, author and the leader of one of the world’s magical orders in the Light, the Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn. (www.esotericgoldendawn.com)
What is Ruach Healing?
Robert Zink describes Ruach healing as a sophisticated technique based on manipulation of specific energies, and transformation using Kabbalistic principles found in the Tree of Life, together with other aspects of Hermetic philosophy and symbolism. It helps the person work through their own spiritual alchemy to effect significant changes in their condition..
It is taught orally via different levels of proficiency and requires no physical contact with the patient. The three main levels are:
Level 1: Associate Ruach Healer (able to perform and to use in practice)
Level 2: Advanced Ruach Healing Practitioner (able to work at a higher level and deal with mental illness as well. Far more trained in long distance healing and the use of certain symbols, etc)
Level 3: Adept Ruach Healer (one who has gone though both of the above and advanced methods)
Level 4: Master Ruach Healer ( one who is an adept and has demonstrated advanced skills in alchemical/magical, and spiritual healing.
The two higher levels are much more advanced still and include the certification to teach the lower levels.
Robert Zink cautions: “the level of potency and power directed by the trained Adept healer is not a toy or something for experimentation.“
He says, “We have had some very impressive success with the Ruach Healing method, and in many cases, we have reason to believe it may be more effective than other holistic methods.”
It is for this reason that Ruach healers are being trained at low cost and the aim is that Ruach Healing is delivered free of charge to as many people who need it as possible.
Robert describes himself as a very “active participant in the Magic of light” and believes that everyone should have the chance to participate in that magic. The Golden Dawn in the U.S. Canada and Europe provides a wonderful doorway into deeper Kabalistic studies. (www.esotericgoldendawn.com)
What is Ruach?
There are many interpretations of the Kabbalah and many commentaries on the Tree of Life. Much of the ancient mystical traditions associated with it relate to the Kabbalah as taught by Rabbi Isaac Luria (Arizal). Some of these include the concept of Ruach, which describes the spiritual force or energy that is present and flows from the highest point, or God through the tree to the lower planes.
The tree of life is a universal glyph that is used to represent the universe (macrocosmically) and the human being (microcosmically). The tree exists simultaneously on infinite spiritual planes, which are often grouped into four broad levels, which are Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah and Assiah. These describe levels of energy in manifestation from inspirational idea to concept to plan to action.
Ruach healing brings the healing energy of light through these levels in specific energy forms to bring about transformation of negative energy and illness in the human organism. Many expeeinced energy healers who learned to heal with Spiritual Healing techniques, Reiki, therapeutic touch, etc have found that because it is so specific, Ruach healing adds even more strength to their healing work.
For example, energy manifesting in Geburah on the Tree of Life is martian and active in destroying illnesses such as cancer. Energy manifesting in Hod can help with managing emotions.
The Ruach healer works with the patient to bring transformation through their auric field, removing negative energies and replacing these with positive forms of energy via Astral Light.
Advanced ruach healing harnesses even greater and more powerful energies from the macrocosm in specific ways to bring about even faster and more effective healing.
Robert Zink has built a system for this healing over the last 30 years. He believes anyone with dedication and the will to learn in order to serve, can make use of the Ruach method. "This is magic in its highest form." Ruach healing involves using ancient techniques which have been made manageable and usable by the 21st century healer and patient alike.

than conventional medicine practitioners?
I’ve never met an angry, egotistical condescending naturopath, herbalist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, nutritionist, homeopath, reiki practitioner etc. Why is that?
I agree with life is sweet. many of them were sick themselves and given little or no hope and through luck or hard work or God’s Providence healed themselves and then went on to help others in their same shoes.
Also I suspect a certain personality type is drawn to both fields.
Perhaps medicine draws the driven those with parents with high ambitions for their child and into money and prestige. I know my son being highly gifted was always told by his teachers that he should be a doctor..just cause he was smart they were all pushing him there, but I always discouraged him due to the unbalanced life many of them live working so many hours which in itself makes people more tired and grouchy. I wanted him to have a job that gave him more time to be a better husband and father and have some time for living.
My sister in the medical field working at a GP’s office, told me after a while things that used to sadden and shock you and pull at your heartstrings soon becomes routine as so many people are parading through on a day to day basis and eventually you learn to harden yourself to handle it and then only the most tragic and horrific moves you.
I also suspect when you do not see a lot of successes on the hard luck cases and bad illnesses due to what you have to use (dangerous modalities like drugs, surgeries and radiation, etc) , you get jaded and hardened and angry that you can’t help more as you see the patient worsens in many cases or march on towards death despite all your best efforts. Holding life and death in your hands is a big responsibility especially when your tools while sometimes good are often less than optimal.
With alternative health, the practitioner shares hope with the patient and gets the patient involved in their own care which allows them to share the pressure with them for the outcome and it is not all falling in their lap like mds who people look to as a god to give them a pill to fix them after years of burning the candle at both ends and indulging themselves in all the wrong things the eye and body wants. The shared responsibility lifts some of the burden the practitioner feels, I suspect, making their burden lighter. More successes also put them on an upswing. the patient feels grateful rather than scared and hopeless.
They do not have this god-like persona to keep up like doctors which can be exhausting though at first maybe flattering.
It is telling to take a look at this interesting chart on the difference between natural healing and medical intervention as the difference is quite palpable.
http://healingtools.tripod.com/nvm.html
Look at the differing attitudes of the patients they are seeing reproduced here (chart by Dr Richard Schulze)
–with alternative health the person is feeling the following:
trust in God. Love, Attitude, Excitement, Strength, Laughter, Empowerment.
Contrast this with the average attitude of those undergoing medical intervention modalities which tend towards:
NEGATIVE Attitude, Coping, Anxiety, Fear, Weakness, Depression, Being OUT of Control, Our LIFE is in the Doctor’s hands!
this patient attitude difference in itself is going to make the whole experience for the practitioner and patient better and put them in a positive spiral instead of negative and downward.
They say doctors are so stressed out and that many of them die young. This affects one’s attitude.
The alternative practitioner likely to practices what they preach and thus living a healthier lifestyle they tend to be healthier and happier and this reflects in their attitude. They and the doctor–Unless they have done a lot of personal study on nutrition or been involved with some study involving some health food, herb, nutrient, or something–likely have very different diets and you are what you eat they always say.
Also I imagine certain personality types are drawn to different parts of medicine like those dealing with children or childbirth might be more liberal or caring in temperament than some of the other branches of medicine.
The person drawn to alternative health likely tends to also be very smart but more of a nonconformist willing to look outside the box,,more of a maverick than a perfectionist. Although the MD can have some individuality in their office, they are pretty much locked into using only what the AMA says is approved less they lose their medical license, stifling creativity and interest I imagine.
Probably the alternative health practitioner leans more towards liberalism and these kind of people tend to be less rigid and more open to new ideas over the status quo..as the doctor tending more towards conservatism sees things changing in their patients attitudes and beliefs this angers them I imagine as they spent so much effort and time and money getting their practices where they are and off the ground..they might get angry if now all the sudden these people who they feel are less smart and have less trainin
