Reiki-Experts.com launch their website for online Reiki resources and directory listing of Reiki Masters.

(PRWEB) February 3, 2004

Reiki-Experts.com has been launched for information about Reiki resources, links, products, Reiki Healers and Reiki Masters. Reiki involves the transfer of energy from the healer to patient to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. Reiki utilizes specific techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy within the body. It is a natural, hands-on energy healing system that touches on all levels: body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki is a Japanese word representing universal life energy (rei-ki), the energy which is all around us. It is derived from rei, meaning “free passage” or “transcendental spirit” and ki, meaning “vital life force energy” or “universal life energy”.

Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese Christian educator in Kyoto, Japan, rediscovered the root system in the mid- to late 1800s. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that is becoming increasingly popular worldwide. It incorporates elements of just about every other alternative healing practices such as spiritual healing, chakra balancing, meditation, aromatherapy, naturopathy, auras and crystals.

Reiki practitioners channel energy in a particular pattern to heal and harmonize. Unlike other healing therapies based on the premise of a human energy field, reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced.

Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body.

The laying of hands is used in Reiki therapy also as in spiritual healing. There is a difference though. In spiritual healing, a person with a strong energy field places his or her hands above a particular part of the recipient’s body in order to release energy into it. So, here the healer is the one who is sending out the energy. In Reiki, however, the healer places the hands above the recipient; however, it is the recipient that draws the energy as needed. Thus, in this case, the individual being healed takes an active part in the healing process as opposed to having a passive part in spiritual healing. The individual takes responsibility for his or her healing. The recipient identifies the needs and cater to them by drawing energy as needed.

Can anyone explain what Reiki do? and how to become a Reiki master. Is there a Reiki practitioner can win, in fact, the body chakra energy? Any advice? Thanks Best Answer:

Answer by Grey Tower
did some research on Reiki only recently, and this link explains how Reiki Open: http://scienceblogs.com/insolence/2009/ 0 … “Reiki is definitely not supported by scientific evidence and it is certainly not the Christian religion. Instead of being based on Eastern mysticism … In fact, there are many similarities between Reiki and spiritual healing. I mean to show my readers back to some Reiki site, why. I found a brief description of the history of Reiki “from the horse’s mouth” so to speak. There are over Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki to learn. It turns out that Dr. Usui desire learn how to heal by Jesus himself is thrilled when he asked his master as a student, whether he believes that Jesus healed, he replied: Yes .. Dr Usui then asked him how Jesus healed him, and he was forced to admit that he did not know. After practicing Reiki, which led Dr. Usui to the spiritual quest for decades to figure out how to heal as Jesus did. This search eventually in 1922 its climax when, like Jesus, Dr. Usui, engaged in fasting and prayer on a mountain in the wilderness, described as follows: After several years of training, he feels himself to agree that more needed to serious meditation Go . He went to the nearby mountains announced its intention to fast and meditate for 21 days and if he does not return, they must come to Körper.Er ascended the mountain and settled in the 21 stones that. counting the days for 21 days had not come, and he turned the last stone saying “Well, that is, or I get an answer today or not” looked at the horizon at this time. he sent the ball in the world. The first impulse is to hit the road, but he realized this could be just what he expected, so you must hit him directly in the face. When I met him he was on tour and shows bubbles in all colors of the rainbow, which teaches the symbols of Reiki, the same characters in the scriptures, but not to understand the position. Now, when he saw them again had a total of about verstehen.Nach return from this experience, he started back down the mountain and is henceforth can be cured. This first day alone he healed wounded leg, his hunger, and a sick tooth Abbots sickness which bring it to bed .. It was bound to know, because the first four miracles “transfer of spirits can be done during the healing Reiki – a demon of “Shakti” touch and has for centuries. Here is a link that answers the question: “What the Bible says about healing energy / energy medicine Http: / / www.gotquestions.org / energy healing.htmlAls Jesus taught his disciples to heal the sick, raise the dead and cast out demons, he said. ., “Freely you received, give it for nothing” (Matthew 10:08) This is an important principle in deciding whether or not God is healing finally ask whether this treatment is not coming from God, then where does?

The NCCAM, an agency which receives grant money from the National Institutes of Health, classifies Reiki Therapy as a form of Complementary and Alternative therapy, just as they do with chiropractic care, Acupuncture, and massage therapy. As such, why would someone continue to have a negative perception about Reiki Therapy?

Firstly I believe that people tend to be afraid of what they don’t know or understand. That’s the beginning of the problem. In addition, in most countries, reiki is still relatively unregulated. This means that anyone can call themselves a reiki practitioner/master/teacher with no knowledge or understanding with very little legal repercussions. I personally know people who insist they are bonafide reiki practitioners who were trained and attuned while they slept from some guy they paid $60 to overseas. I tried explaining that they were scammed, and that you cannot be trained and attuned while you sleep, but because they’ve paid out their money, they feel they can legitimately make that claim. So what happens from here? those people go out and advertise themselves. Any clients they do see would very quickly come to realize that this person is full of crap and knows nothing.

The problem with that is that often Reiki gets the blame rather then the person who made false claims. And thus the gossip spreads.

In addition, some people do not really understand how the body works, and therefore put far more trust in pills and western medicine then they should. Most western people also have a disconnect between what they eat, exercise, sleep and how they feel on a day to day basis. So these people are never going to accept reiki no matter what others say.

But times are changing. Reiki is becoming more mainstream as people become more educated on it. There are associations out there that work to regulate the industry and who advocate for the government to take a bigger role in monitoring claims and education. This will help hugely.

In the meantime, as a Reiki Master myself, I don’t worry about the nay sayers. I put my energy towards work to help educate those who are interested in learning, and providing treatments for those who want it.

Just my thoughts.

I am curious to find out more about different theories of energy: Are there different types of energy, or is all energy basically the same? For example, can "negative energy" ever be used to heal someone or is it only ever useful to hurt? Or is the truth somewhere in-between these polarities?

No right or wrong answers, but don’t make it personal and don’t answer if you haven’t got something to say. The most intriguing and detailed answer gets the 10 points.

Good question. Well, energy comes as magnetic or electrical energy. Both have positive and negative ends of the spectrum. These *are* the kinds of energy that are manipulated in healing work, etc. In this instance, positive and negative aren’t the same as "good" and "bad," they are just opposites. However, energy can be manipulated to be constructive (positive) or destructive (negative).

So you can use destructive (negative) energy to heal someone by destroying the cause of the illness – the virus or cancer, etc., just as well as you could use constructive (positive) energy to bring health to that same person.

Can anybody explains what does reiki do? and to how to become a reiki masters. Does being a reiki practitioners can gain indeed energy from your body chakra? Any advise? Thanks

I did some research on Reiki just recently, and this link explains how Reiki started: http://scienceblogs.com/insolence/2009/0…

“Reiki is definitely not supported by any scientific evidence, and it is definitely not based on Christian religion. Rather, it’s based on Eastern mysticism… In fact, there are a great many similarities between reiki and faith healing. I refer my readers back again to a famous reiki website to show why. There, I found a concise description of the history of reiki "from the horse’s mouth," so to speak. There you will learn about Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of reiki. It turns out that Dr. Usui’s quest to learn how to heal was inspired by Jesus himself when as a student he asked his master if he believed that Jesus had healed. He answered yes. Dr. Usui then asked him him how Jesus healed, and he was forced to admit that he did not know. According to reiki practitioners, this led Dr. Usui on a spiritual quest lasting decades to find out how to heal as Jesus did. This quest ultimately culminated in 1922, when, like Jesus, Dr. Usui engaged in fasting and praying on a mountain in the wilderness, described thusly:

After a few more years of study, he felt he had come to an understanding and that to go further required serious meditation. He went to a nearby mountain declaring his intention to fast and meditate for 21 days and that if he did not come back they should come and get his body.
He went to the mountain and settled in with 21 stones with which to count the days. On the 21st day nothing had come as yet, and he turned over the last stone saying "Well, this is it, either I get the answer today or I do not". At that moment on the horizon he could see a ball of light coming towards him. The first instinct was to get out of the way, but he realized this might just be what he was waiting for, so allowed it to hit him right in the face. As it struck him he was taken on a journey and shown bubbles of all the colors of the rainbow in which were the symbols of Reiki, the very same symbols in the writings he was studying but had been unable to understand. Now as he looked at them again, there was total understanding.

After returning from this experience he began back down the mountain and was, from this moment on, able to heal. This first day alone he healed an injured toe, his own starvation, an ailing tooth and the Abbots sickness, which was keeping him bedridden. These are known as the first four miracles."

The transference of spirits can happen during Reiki healing – it’s the demon of the ‘Shakti’ touch and has been going on for centuries. Here is a link that answers the question, ‘What does the Bible say about energy healing / energy medicine?’ http://www.gotquestions.org/energy-healing.html

When Jesus instructed his disciples to heal the sick, raise the dead and drive out demons, he said “Freely you have received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:8) This is an important principle in deciding whether healing is from God or not. Finally, please ask yourself if this healing does not come from God, then where does it come from?

Do you believe that it must be given to you by someone who already has it? If so, how is that done?
Mantra, what happens during an attunement? How is it done?

The Universal Life Force (Reiki) is a gift from the Universe to all beings. It is given at the moment of conception and stays with you for the rest of your life. You can tap into it at any time. A Reiki Practitioner does not give energy to the client but rather facilitates the synchronisation of the client with the Universe for the purpose of healing.

A description of Reiki is found in Sanskrit texts dating back more than 4,000 years. The knowledge on how to use Reiki was either lost or not known about for a long time. The use of Reiki has been resurrected by many individuals over the last two hundred years.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to learn on your own without any instruction. Reading books and the Internet can help with developing Reiki knowledge.

The Japanese Usui Reiki requires some discipline. For example: that training be pass on by a qualified Master to a Student, that the lineage between the Master and the Master’s Master be known, that a suitable exchange of energy take place between the Master and the student by the exchange of goods or money for teaching services provided, that the Master certify the ability of the student and that the Master provided an “attunement” to certify the students ability.
